Maneiro also lived in Berlin for two years, before returning to his native Venezuela in 2007, promoting and further developing his work, not only in Germany but through out Europe as well.
“In a style that incorporates the emotionally intensity of expressionism and the psychological complexity of post-expressionism, Maneiro’s paintings draw vivid parallels between the depictions of mental and spiritual landscapes. His work explores the visual boundaries of time and space through simingly changing forms. Maneiro uses natural hues in an unconventional, highly stylized manner to cultivate the poignant and emotive atmosphere for which his work is distinctive. In a mingling of human and organic forms, Maneiro’s “polarized images depict the struggles between societal impulse and the irrational framework of the world.” (Thomas Eckerd, writer and psycologist)

Carlos attended the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale. After graduation he lived and worked in the U.S. for over 14 years, acquiring great experience and exposure.
